The RedirectFromLoginPage() method requires two parameters. The first sets the name of the user. The second is a Boolean variable that creates a persistent forms authentication cookie when set to true or an ordinary forms authentication cookie when set to false. A persistent cookie will be stored on the user s hard drive with an expiration date set to 50 years in the future.
